These terms are an agreement between you and Mone Apps LLC ("we", "us") covering your use of the Nara app. By downloading or using Nara you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
Nara is a fitness app, not a medical device and not a healthcare provider. Nothing in it — including anything the in-app coach says — is a diagnosis, a treatment, a prescription, or a substitute for your midwife, obstetrician or doctor.
Talk to your midwife or doctor before starting any exercise during pregnancy. Stop immediately and contact them if you experience bleeding, fluid loss, regular contractions, chest pain, severe headache, calf pain or swelling, dizziness, or reduced fetal movement. In an emergency, call your local emergency number — do not use the app.
You are responsible for judging what is safe for your own body on any given day. The app's safety rules are general guidance built with prenatal physiotherapists; they cannot know your individual situation.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use Nara on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, resell, rent, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app or its content, and you may not use it commercially — for example to run classes — without our written permission.
The coach generates its answers with a third-party AI model. Generated answers can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Treat them as a starting point for a conversation with a qualified professional, never as an instruction to follow. Use the thumbs up and thumbs down on any answer to tell us when it was poor — we read it.
Do not send the coach anything you would not want processed by a third-party service. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what is sent.
You agree not to interfere with the app or its servers, to attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, to use the app to send anything unlawful or abusive, or to attempt to bypass the subscription.
The exercises, illustrations, animations, audio, text and design in Nara are ours or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright. Your subscription buys access, not ownership.
We work to keep Nara available and correct, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change or remove features, and we may stop supporting older versions of the app or of iOS. If we discontinue the service entirely we will say so in advance and stop charging.
You can end this agreement at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting the app. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms — for example by trying to bypass payment or by interfering with the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any injury arising from exercise you chose to perform, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here affects your statutory consumer rights.
Apple is not a party to this agreement and has no obligation to provide support for Nara. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and is not liable for any claim relating to it — including product liability, a failure to meet a legal requirement, or a consumer-protection claim. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. Any question or complaint about Nara should come to us at the address below.
If these terms change we will update the date at the top. Continuing to use Nara after a change means you accept the new version.

Bu koşullar, Nara uygulamasını kullanımına ilişkin olarak seninle Mone Apps LLC ("biz") arasındaki sözleşmedir. Nara'yı indirerek veya kullanarak bunları kabul etmiş olursun. Kabul etmiyorsan uygulamayı kullanma.

Hamilelikte herhangi bir egzersize başlamadan önce ebenle veya doktorunla konuş. Kanama, su gelmesi, düzenli kasılma, göğüs ağrısı, şiddetli baş ağrısı, baldırda ağrı veya şişlik, baş dönmesi ya da bebek hareketlerinde azalma olursa hemen bırak ve onlara ulaş. Acil durumda uygulamayı kullanma, acil yardım numarasını ara.
Herhangi bir günde kendi bedenin için neyin güvenli olduğuna karar vermek senin sorumluluğundadır. Uygulamanın güvenlik kuralları, hamilelik fizyoterapistleriyle kurulmuş genel yönlendirmelerdir; senin bireysel durumunu bilemezler.
App Store Hizmet Koşulları'nın izin verdiği ölçüde, sahibi olduğun veya kontrol ettiğin Apple cihazlarında Nara'yı kullanman için kişisel, devredilemez ve münhasır olmayan bir lisans veriyoruz. Uygulamayı veya içeriğini kopyalayamaz, yeniden satamaz, kiralayamaz, tersine mühendislik yapamaz veya dağıtamazsın; yazılı iznimiz olmadan ticari olarak — örneğin ders vermek için — kullanamazsın.
Koç cevaplarını üçüncü taraf bir yapay zekâ modeliyle üretir. Üretilen cevaplar hatalı, eksik veya güncelliğini yitirmiş olabilir. Onları uzman biriyle yapacağın konuşmanın başlangıcı olarak gör, uygulanacak bir talimat olarak değil. Kötü bir cevap aldığında altındaki beğen/beğenme butonlarını kullan — okuyoruz.
Üçüncü taraf bir servis tarafından işlenmesini istemeyeceğin hiçbir şeyi koça gönderme. Tam olarak neyin gönderildiği için Gizlilik Politikası'na bak.
Uygulamaya veya sunucularına müdahale etmemeyi, sana ait olmayan hesap ve verilere erişmeye çalışmamayı, uygulama üzerinden hukuka aykırı veya saldırgan içerik göndermemeyi ve aboneliği aşmaya çalışmamayı kabul edersin.
Nara'daki egzersizler, çizimler, animasyonlar, sesler, metinler ve tasarım bize aittir veya bize lisanslanmıştır ve telif hakkıyla korunur. Aboneliğin erişim satın alır, mülkiyet değil.
Nara'yı erişilebilir ve doğru tutmak için çalışıyoruz, ancak kesintisiz veya hatasız olacağını taahhüt etmiyoruz. Özellik ekleyebilir, değiştirebilir veya kaldırabiliriz; uygulamanın ya da iOS'un eski sürümlerini desteklemeyi bırakabiliriz. Hizmeti tamamen sonlandırırsak bunu önceden bildirir ve tahsilatı durdururuz.
Aboneliğini iptal edip uygulamayı silerek bu sözleşmeyi istediğin zaman sonlandırabilirsin. Bu koşulları esaslı şekilde ihlal edersen — örneğin ödemeyi aşmaya çalışarak veya hizmete müdahale ederek — erişimini askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz.
Hukukun izin verdiği azami ölçüde; dolaylı veya netice kabilinden zararlardan ve yapmayı kendi seçtiğin egzersizden doğan yaralanmalardan sorumlu değiliz; sana karşı toplam sorumluluğumuz talepten önceki on iki ay içinde bize ödediğin tutarla sınırlıdır. Burada hiçbir hüküm, hukuken sınırlandırılamayan sorumluluğu sınırlamaz ve tüketici olarak sahip olduğun yasal hakları etkilemez.
Apple bu sözleşmenin tarafı değildir ve Nara için destek sağlama yükümlülüğü yoktur. Apple uygulamadan veya içeriğinden sorumlu değildir; ürün sorumluluğu, yasal bir gerekliliğin karşılanmaması veya tüketicinin korunmasına ilişkin talepler dahil olmak üzere uygulamaya ilişkin hiçbir talepten sorumlu tutulamaz. Apple ve bağlı şirketleri bu koşulların üçüncü taraf lehtarlarıdır ve bunları sana karşı ileri sürebilirler. Nara'ya dair her soru veya şikâyet aşağıdaki adresten bize iletilmelidir.
Bu koşullar değişirse yukarıdaki tarihi güncelleriz. Değişiklikten sonra Nara'yı kullanmaya devam etmen yeni sürümü kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir.
