Nara is a prenatal pilates and yoga app published by Mone Apps LLC. This policy explains exactly what the app records, what leaves your phone, and what never does.
What we never ask for: your name, your email address, your phone number, your postal address, your precise location, your contacts, your photos, or anything from Apple Health. Nara has no sign-up screen and no password.
The things you write in your diary never leave your device. Mood, symptoms and events are part of the app's own vocabulary and are sent on as described below, but the free text you write about a day is stored only on your phone and is never transmitted to us or to anyone else. Deleting the app deletes it.
When you first open Nara it creates an anonymous account through Firebase Authentication. It is a random identifier. It is not tied to your Apple ID, your email or your name, and we cannot use it to work out who you are.
Against that identifier we store:

We use this to understand which parts of the app people actually use, where sessions get abandoned, and what the app fails to explain — and for nothing else. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with data brokers or advertisers.
The in-app coach is powered by Google's Gemini API. When you send a message, we send Google that message together with the context the coach needs to answer it: your pregnancy week, your recent moods and symptoms, today's session, and the safety rules that apply to you. Google processes it to generate a reply. Your diary notes are never included.
Do not type anything into the coach that you would not want processed by a third-party service, and be aware that the coach is not a clinician — see the disclaimer in our Terms of Use.
On first launch iOS asks whether Nara may track you across apps and websites. That prompt is real and your answer is honoured.
You can change your answer at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on your iPhone.
Nara relies on a small number of services. Each receives only what it needs to do its job:
Records are kept while your anonymous account exists. The diary on your phone keeps roughly a pregnancy's worth of days — around ten months — and drops the oldest entries after that.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what we hold, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, or to object to how it is used. Because the account is anonymous, we need something to find it by — email us from the device in question and we will explain the one identifier we need.
You can also delete everything yourself: deleting the app removes your diary and every note in it permanently, because they were only ever on your phone.
Nara is not directed at children and is not intended for anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect anything from them.
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and, where the change is significant, say so in the app.

Bunları uygulamanın hangi bölümlerinin gerçekten kullanıldığını, seansların nerede yarıda bırakıldığını ve uygulamanın neyi anlatmayı beceremediğini anlamak için kullanıyoruz — başka hiçbir şey için değil. Satmıyoruz, veri simsarlarıyla veya reklamverenlerle paylaşmıyoruz.
Uygulama içindeki koç Google'ın Gemini API'si ile çalışır. Bir mesaj gönderdiğinde, o mesajı cevaplaması için gereken bağlamla birlikte Google'a iletiyoruz: hamilelik haftan, son günlerdeki modların ve semptomların, bugünün seansı ve sana uygulanan güvenlik kuralları. Google bunu bir cevap üretmek için işler. Günlük notların bu gönderime asla dahil edilmez.
Üçüncü taraf bir servis tarafından işlenmesini istemeyeceğin hiçbir şeyi koça yazma. Ayrıca koç bir sağlık çalışanı değildir — Kullanım Koşulları'ndaki uyarıya bak.
İlk açılışta iOS, Nara'nın seni uygulamalar ve siteler arasında takip edip edemeyeceğini sorar. O soru gerçektir ve verdiğin cevaba uyulur.
Cevabını istediğin zaman iPhone'unda Ayarlar → Gizlilik ve Güvenlik → İzleme altından değiştirebilirsin.
Nara az sayıda servise dayanır. Her biri yalnızca işini yapmak için gerekeni alır:
Kayıtlar anonim hesabın var olduğu sürece tutulur. Telefonundaki günlük yaklaşık bir hamilelik kadar günü — yaklaşık on ay — saklar, sonrasında en eski kayıtları düşürür.
Yaşadığın yere bağlı olarak; elimizde ne olduğunu sorma, düzelttirme, sildirme veya kullanımına itiraz etme hakkın olabilir. Hesap anonim olduğu için onu bulacak bir şeye ihtiyacımız var — söz konusu cihazdan bize e-posta at, ihtiyacımız olan tek kimliği anlatalım.
Her şeyi kendin de silebilirsin: uygulamayı silmek günlüğünü ve içindeki bütün notları kalıcı olarak siler, çünkü onlar zaten yalnızca telefonundaydı.
Nara çocuklara yönelik değildir ve 13 yaş altı için tasarlanmamıştır. Onlardan bilerek hiçbir veri toplamayız.
Bu politikada önemli bir değişiklik olursa yukarıdaki tarihi güncelleriz; değişiklik ciddiyse uygulama içinde de belirtiriz.
